Tim Dudley

DIRECTOR

Tim Dudley is a Mining Engineer and spent seven years in operations with Anglo American and Peabody Mining Services in Australia. He moved to the UK in 2006, working as a mining analyst initially at Arbuthnot Securities and then Collins Stewart (now Canaccord Genuity), leaving as Head of Mining Research in London.

Tim has a B.Eng. in Mining (Hons.) from the University of Queensland, a Master’s in Professional Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland and completed an Anglo American Management Development Program at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. Tim joined Tembo Capital in 2014.

Jamie Wright

DIRECTOR

Jamie Wright is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years’ experience in the natural resources sector in variety of board, management and advisory roles. He has a track record of building and funding business, including as Managing Director of Global Lithium Resources Limited , which he led to be one of the top performing IPO’s of 2021.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining), Bachelor of Applied Science (Geology) (First Class Honours) and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.

Management

Brad Robinson

CEO

Brad Robinson is a Mining and Exploration Geologist with over 20 years’ experience primarily in gold and nickel.  Brad has been directly involved in multiple mine start ups including Flying Fox, Carnilya Hill and Stawell Gold Mines. As Chief Geologist at Stawell Gold Mines, he led the team that defined over 0.6Moz of gold resources on the East Flank of the Magdala dome.

Brad is an experienced Kambalda nickel producer and explorer, holding Senior and Management positions with Mincor and Panoramic Resources between 2008 and 2015. Brad joined Cherish Metals in 2021 as Geology Manager, increasing resources by almost 40% in the first 2yrs. Brad now looks to lead the team to realise further value at the Lanfranchi Nickel Project.

Somealy Sheppard

GEOLOGY MANAGER

Geologist with 32 years’ experience in underground mining, remote greenfield and near- mine exploration for electrification metals (nickel, copper, lead-zinc) and gold.

Connected for 18 years to Kambalda- Widgiemooltha region, including mining of the Lanfranchi Project as Senior Mine Geologist in 2000 - 2001.

Experience in advancing stalled projects to operational readiness and advance discovery and resource growth.    

Alan Cumming

FINANCE MANAGER

Alan Cumming is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience in senior financial, project and general management roles in the resources sector in Australia, Africa, and Asia.

His experience includes involvement with ASX and Canadian listed companies engaged in gold, copper, tin, uranium and iron ore production as well as lithium exploration.
